What we do
Services
Contract bin valet for communities with multiple units, handled by people who show up.
HOA contracts
Community-wide weekly trash and recycling valet. Bins go to the curb and come back for every covered unit.
Senior & 55+ communities
Removes a weekly fall risk for residents. Coordinated with staff and community management.
60 to 90 day pilot
Start with a small group of units so your board can evaluate demand and quality before expanding.
Compliance & insurance
General liability (1M/2M), workers' comp as required, business licensing, and a COI naming your association.
